We are not a brand that flies in for the work. In Sydney, Johannesburg, Phoenix and the Philippines we have leaders who live where you live. In Auckland and London we work the way our clients there prefer: in person by arrangement, and through the ARISE platform and virtual coaching in between. Karyn Zwick, Managing Director, North America, leads Ignite Purpose's work across the United States and Canada from her home base in Phoenix, Arizona. Canadian-born and US-based, she brings a cross-border perspective shaped by three decades of leadership experience, deep emotional intelligence expertise, and a founder's lens through her coaching practice.A leadership coach, transformation partner, and contributor to the global Ignite Purpose narrative, Karyn also authored the foreword to BRAVE: The Courage to RISE, reflecting her commitment to courageous, identity-level leadership across North America.
